The Hamas invasion was designed to shock Israelis through their pre-civilizational desecration of the bodies of the dead.
There have been plenty of terrorist attacks on Israel. A dozen or so conventional wars of various magnitude have been waged against the Jewish state. And more often there have been mixtures of both.
Yet never have hundreds of gangs of black-clad murderers carefully planned to swarm Israel, with an agenda to pull random Jews out of their homes and off the street, murder them, and toss their bodies in the street.
In fact, the closest parallel to the sort of methods Hamas is now embracing is something close to the Rwanda 1994 mass killing, when swarms of Hutu militia killers launched a preplanned murder spree against thousands of Tutsi civilians.
Note one common theme of these horrific videos of the murdering of young women: the bloodthirst of the Gaza crowd. There appears a natural desire of everyday Gazans to video the mutilations, an embrace of the spitting on the doomed, a frenzied effort to mutilate the dead—and the absence of a single Gazan objecting to the group murder of a civilian.
Hamas did not act out of the ordinary, but in sync with its people. In truth, there is something so terribly wrong in Gaza that the United States should keep as far away as it can from such barbarity—and hope that it too feels the same about America and keeps to itself.
So again why did Hamas mount such a long-planned and multifaceted assault on Israeli towns, public buildings, soldiers, and civilians?

I paused the videos of the DC demonstration. Probably half were the stupid useful white college students. There were probably half that looked like they could be of middle eastern decent. There are many young white twenty to thirty somethings that heard from their college professors that the Jews are occupiers of the Palestinian lands since 1948.
They seem to always forget that the population of Israel is made up 18% Muslim, 2% Christian, 2% Druze, 74% Jewish. They also forget that it is the only real functioning Democratically elected government in the middle east.

Whic is why when you see the pictures from Gaza of all the people in the streets NONE of them are WOMEN. The women over a certain age are all inside taking care of the children dressed properly in their BURKAS.
Maybe the SQAUD should show up to the next session/speaker vote dressed in Burkas. Like they would be IF they were in any country where Shria Law is followed.

I wouldn’t put it quite that way. Yes, we give them a lot of aid, something which I’m against. But then I’m against all foreign aid. There’s not a single word in the Constitution that authorizes giving taxpayer money to foreign governments.
That being said this thing is much, much bigger than just Hamas (Iran) against Israel. This is a bunch of 7th century savages bent on spreading their odious political philosophy that masquerades as a religion until it dominates the world.
“First the Saturday people. Then the Sunday people.” They make no secret of it. They’ve been screaming it in our faces for years. They won’t be happy until we are all slamming our heads into the ground 7 times a day or we are dead.
So we have a choice to make. We can support the civilized country despite its flaws or we can wait until it’s our cities that are in flames. Because that’s how it is. Anyone thinking for one second that those barbarians wouldn’t love to do this to us is a fool.
I know which side I’m on. Because one way or another we are going to have to pick a side. I don’t like it anymore than you do. But we no longer have any choice in the matter.

They went house to house in the early morning hours. Removed the occupants. The men were executed and thrown into mass graves. Many women and girls were gang raped. Women, children and the elderly were taken to North Vietnam as hostages or slaves.

I feel for the people of Israel.
I also hope and pray we don't have someone like Carolyn Glick coming on YouTube here with the same story about our own USA failures. We've made all the mistakes the Israelis made -- only on a much larger scale.
Millions of people cross our borders, and they don't need tractors to break down walls; they just walk across and are given welcome care packages and hand-outs from our empty collective bank account. And, then there's a woke military whose focus is on social engineering with an LBGQVXYZ agenda and rainbow flags instead of battle flags.
I pray for Irael and for us!
Also note they are “God’s Chosen” whose nation is cited throughout the Bible. Those who stand with Israel’s enemies stand with evil and oppose God. Like the Usurper Administration does.
There are Ukrainians willing to surrender to Russian forces en mass. I doubt that is the case in Israel. I agree that war is hell.
