U.S. Judge Tanya S. Chutkan reportedly compared the January 6 Capitol riot to the 9/11 attacks and the Boston Marathon bombing on Monday when she questioned the need for a long delay before his trial in Washington, D.C.
Chutkan’s remarks were reported by Julie Kelly, who has covered the trials of defendants accused of participating in the January 6, 2021, riot at the U.S. Capitol via her Substack publication, “Declassified with Julie Kelly.”
And there you have it, folks.

And she publicly and intentionally poisoned the jury pool (not that it wasn’t poisoned to begin with). Multiple breaches of judicial ethics.
People say it doesn’t matter because they’re moral cowards and they’re coping. People in Soviet Russia thought that the purges didn’t matter at first because they thought that Stalin or somebody else would ultimately intervene. The United States is no different than the Soviet Union.
Law firms, especially large politically connected law firms, will take their most useless lawyers which can’t be fired for whatever reason (family, legacy hire, quota hire, political hire etc) and push them into a judge position to have them be out of the firm and be in a place to be useful to the firm.
No comment on this judge but given the history of the law firm of origin and its “quota hire” programs...

Those districts judges (courts) report to not only the DOJ, but are under the control of the USSC justice assigned and the other justices in consult.

The media keeps pushing the narrative that Trump is spending donations on his legal defense instead of for his re-election. All as if he is “putting one over” on those that donate”. His legal defense IS his re-election campaign!
