Hunter’s Lawyers impersonated the US House of Representatives Ways and Means Committee - and got their motion removed.
The US House Ways and Means got an email later and refiled before close of business, but this Judge said she did not have time to read their motion.
What’s she going to do about it?

you are correct. Men and women who work on US flag merchant ships are subject to random drug testing. If they smoke pot in a state where it is legal and test positive they can lose their merchant marine documents and licenses.

LOL! Who is going to make Hunter Biden take a drug test? He can just give a blood or urine sample of someone else (if he can find someone in DC that is not high all the time and could pass an actual drug screening).
