Biden’s Lawyer - against every DoJ deal ever - insisted that the female Delaware Federal Judge alone decide if he complies with the Deal - including whether he’s committed a new crime thus violating his probation.

The way it’s always done - the DoJ Prosecutor’s decide if someone has violated the Deal or the Probation. They let Hunter strike that out - and let all those decisions go to Delaware Judge Norieka.
