But no serious problems. It's been decided, however, that from now on, I'll bring his home and work to him at a care facility. Treating his pressure sore has resulted in a slough of other emerging difficulties -- breaking-down of the skin on his back being the main one. It's in his best interest that he will be admitted into a facility where he can get the adequate care he needs, and as mentioned, I'll bring his home and his work to him at the facility.

It is good to be with a group of people who can look after you. What's nice is that it's easier for Chris to look after them, looking after you. 🙂

Please take care of everything you can, while there. When better, you can head back home.

Take your supplements and check into the arginine or an arginine Ensure-type drink. It might be prescription, though, but any dietitian should know about arginine for bed sores.

We'll keep the lights on, here, and keep praying for you and others hurting.

The meals sound like my last stay in the hospital - it left me feeling like they should just put one of those self feeding canisters of people kibble next to my bed, if they really want us to eat, eat, eat.

Yes, Jim, good advice from ransomnote. Fill it with gummy vitamin C, raisins, sunflower seeds and peanut M&Ms and you'll be all set!

L-Arginine is an over the counter supplement

It comes as a powder, 500mg capsules.

I was told by a blood doctor years ago to take 1000 mg a day.

Need to find out from the medical team if Jim should take it.
