Goldman Sachs is distributing a pamphlet to employees that was drafted by the investment bank’s internal LGBT group and encourages staff to use recently developed gender-neutral pronouns, including “Ze” and “Zir.”
The employee guide, distributed by the firm’s Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, and Transgender network, directs employees to “proactively share [their] pronouns to foster an environment of respect and awareness.” The hand out provides examples of “the most common” gender-neutral pronouns but leaves open the possibility that some employees may ask to be referred to by pronouns that are not included on the list or may ask that their coworkers refrain from referring to them using pronouns entirely.

Why change anything at all? Any change hands them a victory.
Politely but firmly refuse to play along. If you get fired sue them for wrongful termination since this insanity was only encouraged and not mandatory.
Gender / race need to be removed from all employment and school applications. Let them stand on merit.
The up-side to this gender insanity is that kids are learning at least some parts of speech. They can identify a pronoun.

Notice the word “encourages” in the headline. That will soon change to “demands”.

One of my medical patient portals keeps requesting that I sellect my pronouns. I refuse to play along. I and most others did the same at work when they tried that nonsense.
Muslims will never be punished.

And enabling by people who also must be insane. This is beyond enabling. Commies prove themselves likewise insane.
Not until the companies doing it either go out of business for being stupid or they lose enough money that their investors fire the morons doing it.

How often does one use the 3rd person (these pronouns) in front of the subject person?
If they never hear themselves being spoken of in 3rd person, why does it matter?
