I never understood that when this kind of evil is known some adults close to the situation don’t have the gutts to step forward and kill off these evil people. They would be saving lives in the future because they know exactly what is going to happen with these psychos. I can tell you if my daughters ever have ex boyfriends or husbands that violently threaten or stalk them, I will put a bullet in their head to save my girls. It’s the right thing to do. This evil little boy in Virginia needs to disappear.
