Two documents with classified markings were found in a Florida storage unit during a search by a team hired by former President Donald Trump’s lawyers, a person familiar with the situation told CNN.

No she certainly did not. I do not believe Hillary knew or even today knows how to wipe emails.
Honestly I do not believe it would even be possible to wipe those emails.

After all, she has to keep a list of people who sent her money that was laundered through the Clinton foundation for when she becomes president and can “pay” them back.
She is past her prime so her “donors” probably figure the money is lost and just the cost of doing business.
How’s Obama’s digitizing effort going? Oh if these are the US Government’s property, would any copy of them also be US Government property? Not too hard to make a printout of a digit record....... and if Obama has a digit copy then he has the record.......

I think they “seeded” his files w/ Classified Docs, in preparation for the FBI search, and more ammo for the corrupt/illegal Jan 6th Committee, for Trump’s coming indictment.

i would hire a clerk. download and print all of the twitter feeds being released by Musk. a few copies of the NYT as well. Create a couple of thousand folders that look like Top Secret jackets and put the NYT articles and tweets in the folders. Pack them in boxes. Drive in front of the FBI office and flash the boxes. Tape the boxes real tight with a roll of tape for each box. write “Top Secret” on each box in russian. Take to storage facility. Let the storage guys see you with the boxes. Put the boxes in safes inside the storage facility’s locker. Add a bunch of locks. set up video cameras in the storage facility. Get a PD to Surveille your own storage facility and take videos. buy popcorn and a six pack of beer. Observe.
More likely that the FBI provide the search team with the documents, Trump’s lawyers asked the FBI is they wanted to join the search team, and the FBI rejected the offer. It makes sense that they would if they had someone in the search team that was working for them.
Hopefully, these are smoking gun documents about Hillary or Biden that Trump wants to get in front of the new Congress, or better yet, before the public somehow

While you’re correct, the classification of them could carry legal ramifications. But whether sensitive or not, they weren’t his to take. They belong to us.
Would be nice if they were the smoking gun docs. My guess is they aren’t. Frankly Congress can’t do anything other than make a referral. If they were smoking gun he needed to have a presser and then turned them over to Barr for prosecution.
And we do NOT know that they were still classified...

No we don’t. But we do know that they were not properly handled. If the documents had been declassified they would be marked as such. They weren’t.
If they had not been declassified at the time of storage that’s worse. The law specifies that classified documents MUST BE STORED IN A SAFE. Or worse, for some Top Secret documents that safe would need to be inside a SCIF (Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility.)
I’m still scratching my head on this one.
What makes no sense is that these documents were certainly stored as above at the White House. They would have been under very strict control with periodic inventories. You don’t just throw out rules because events cause you to move back to Boca Raton.
Well then show us the elsewhere.
