Meaning you don’t know WTF you’re posting about.

you seem to be on the wrong side of every discussion...how would you like to be censored?

If I'm censored on a private forum like Twitter or FR I'll live with it and decide if I want to keep posting there or at one of the other 100,000 available private sites.

it's the right free speech and not have some twits censor or cancel that speech because they don't control it.

No one is stopping anyone from speaking.

Did the framers think they each had the right to publish their speech in their neighbor's pamphlet? Regardless of what their neighbor wanted?

Or did they have the right to publish their own pamphlet?

It's ok if the Government contacts a publisher, or a forum, and tells the moderators to censor ideas and posters it finds disagreeable

That's not what happened to Woods and not what he's complaining about.

A private organization, the DNC, contacted another private organization, Twitter, and asked for content to be reviewed.

There was no government involvement and no 1st Amendment issue.

Maybe YOUR forefathers didn’t die for your right to post on Twitter today, but mine sure did.

Does everyone have a "right" to post on FR, or is it only Twitter that the framers had in mind?

Well, considering what this thread is about, its probably fair to say that infiltration is just the beginning for FR. They are trying to deflate us, annoy us, anger us into doing something they can pin on us so they can shut FR down. Maybe we can ignore them and talk over them and talk to each other.

No, the right not to have the government suppress speech of the citizens in the public square.

When I see that happening I'll agree with you.

Maybe you don’t have the right, as I see it, because I don’t like what you say. Should I contact the Moderator and have you silenced? That’s a serious question.

You think the government has the legal right to have the Robinsons delete accounts?

James Woods: Letting loose the Dogs of War .... I hope a lot of people join him ... masses of people.

I was never on Twitter, but I could still see his posts before they kicked him off & he was pretty hilarious at times and right on point. His phone interview with Tucker was good, if you haven’t heard it.

Wait a minute here.... would this be one of those conspiracies people (even here, believe it or not) tell me don’t happen?

Here’s what progs are saying about govt Twitter cooperation.in 2020 Trump was POTUS not Biden. Is working in cahoots with DNC working with govt? It can be argued that it is not. The DNC is not a govt organization. It is defensible to see these joint operations and say they were not speech limitation by govt and therefore not a 1st Amendment violation. Of course the FBI participation raises other issues.

"Funny, but in this case, Biden and his team weren’t the government, but a candidate"

a) Biden was already selected leader of the Democrat party, and the Democrat party most definitely was part of the government.

b) Biden's campaign weren't the only Democrats coordinating with Twitter to suppress speech. There were sitting Democrat members of Congress involved as well.

"And in the data dump, it was said Trump as both a candidate and elected official did the same thing, only not as frequently."

Two wrongs don't make a right.

"Can you give me some examples of your claim?"

Here's one, Carpenter Vs. Scott (1983), US Supreme Court:

https://caselaw.findlaw.com/us-supreme-court/463/825.html

"An alleged conspiracy to infringe First Amendment rights is not a violation of 1985(3) unless it is proved that the State is involved in the conspiracy..."

And here's a link to the relevant law, where you can note in section 3 that it specifically speaks to preventing "any citizen who is lawfully entitled to vote, from giving his support or advocacy in a legal manner, toward or in favor of the election of any lawfully qualified person as an elector for President or Vice President", which would clearly seem to be the case here.

..how would you like to be censored?

Since FR doesn’t have a block button, i just go analog and skip anything written by that one.

That’s why I’m responding to you,. In my world, you exist.

That's up to you, and it's certainly your right to try.

It's also Jim's right to kick me off. This isn't complicated.

And BTW, kicking me off of FR won't silence me.

The doesn't happen doesn't enter into it. Once they call it a conspiracy it is debunked and the story is a dead letter, happen or no happen, consequence or no consequence. It's a conspiracy theory. Full stop.

I’m amazed at what little attention is paid to the Twitter drop on this forum and it’s extremely important and I hope more continues to happen because this is crucial absolutely crucial the collusion of state security and tech oligarchs to influence the election is every bit as important as mail in voter fraud perhaps more so even because it’s such an abusive power

And Elon musk has the evidence
