Just finished it this weekend. I could see things like that happening. No electricity for refrigeration, water processing, manufacturing of medicine, no communication, bands of roving criminals. Scary possibilities.

The best place is the ballot box“
I agree. If there’s time. Trump seems to be the only politician in either party who is warning of the catastrophic risks and calling for peace talks. He’s offered to negotiate for the US.

Watch the movie “Threads” to see what happens. I have 'The Day After' and 'On the Beach'. Had not heard of Threads. Will check it out, thanks.

Far away from liberal cities, where the roving bands of mutant teens are far more dangerous than the fallout even in the best of times.
You mean out in the sparsely populated places, like in the plains and like Montana where the U.S. ICBM sites are located - and are targeted by Russia and China???

I do not know. Many of the places far away from large cities are taken by the military.
Military bases are the main target!

Apophis will be here before the most likely candidates NK, Iran, or Pakistan can start a nuclear war...
The NASA dimwits are thinking about screwing around with it, so it is very probable that the next extinction event will be in 2029 or 2036...
If it is going to happen, I’m hoping for 2036 so that I can make it to 103...

When the people who have not been right about anything in the last 6 years tell you that there is nothing to worry about - you better start worrying. I'm worried.

"Tribalism will arise and whites would be immediately killed."Not bloody likely! Whites outnumber everybody else here and have the majority of NRA Life Memberships.
Got my key terrain, clear fields of fire and good observation all set. I wish any and all hostile folks good luck ahead of time.

You have to cut off the heads and then cauterize the stumps with fire. Otherwise I will just grow two more.
Do I have to do all the planning around here? :)

Look, we all just need to relax and learn to love the reset, even if it comes in the form of mankind being extinct. WE HAVE A PLANET TO SAVE PEOPLE!!!

Sounds like you don’t have a problem with us dying in a nuclear war fought over who runs a sliver of Eastern Ukraine. It sounds like someone who hasn't been here a full two months is trolling trying to troll everyone she can.
