yes Russia is losing militarily as we all have seen for the last 2 weeks.
However in the beginning of their invasion of Ukraine they went straight for civilians. Destroying cities, and mostly civilian targets. They cant fight Ukrainian military, they are too afraid. Result: Russian soldiers are now crumbling against Ukrainian military.
Abducting children is the only low thing they seem good at.
