The coronavirus pandemic may feel like a past-tense phenomenon for many Americans, even though the dangers are real and ongoing. But a federal judge appointed by Donald Trump just did everything she could to send the nation back into chaos.
On Monday, Judge Kathryn Kimball Mizelle in Florida threw out the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention’s mask mandate for air travel and other forms of mass transportation. Deaths from COVID-19—and the mask mandates intended to prevent them—may be on the wane nationwide, but whatever you think about such policies, this is the latest and most egregious example of a judge acting as a partisan warrior in the COVID-19 culture wars......
Let CDC make the call based on science. And don’t handcuff public health agencies during this pandemic—and for future health emergencies that are almost certain to come.

Oh, the CDC does practice “science” ... it’s just that it’s “political science” which isn’t science at all ... just as the “vaccines” aren’t vaccines at all.
I am fully expecting a bunch of unhinged Karen Snowflakes attacking other passengers over the next few days or couple of weeks.

Surgical masks are pretty effective against dust too.
They have their purposes but forcing people to wear them to “protect” against an aerosolized virus is tyranny.
Remember, masks became required at exactly the same time BLM/Antifa wanted to riot. Their biggest fear was having their mask ripped off, they’d run & hide when it happened. I’d also assert that a percentage of police officers like them for the same reason.
When compounded with the FACT that they don’t work...they’re literally a sign of evil & control. I’m flying internationally next week, it will be interesting.

People in power have a plethora of "experts" to choose from. Funny how they always choose experts who agree with their policy goals...
At the beginning of the Progressive power takeover, they openly said all their experts had to be Progressive experts.
This "pandemic" has been going on for more than two years. That's way past any argument for an "emergency" action, and plenty of time for this to have been addressed by Congress. That's the body that should be addressing this, not some unelected, unaccountable schmucks.
If there is no law, then there is no law. The left can’t have it both ways.

If you want to wear masks and get numerous boosters, knock yourselves out. But don’t expect the more rational among us to keep going along with this charade. We’re done.

But the fact that the experimental injections are causing heart damage should be NO surprise because last November the American Heart Assn had a WARNING published that said just that: the PULS blood test on 566 patients showed the jabs caused heart damage on almost ALL of the jabbed.
But wait, the idiots with Medical Licenses at the American Heart Assn removed that WARNING about heart damage caused by the jabs and said MORE information would be needed. So the dangerous jabs continue, it's better to die from effects of the jab (like heart failure) than to NOT get jabbed!
Some would call this MURDER. Hopefully the Nuremberg II trials for the liars with medical licenses will decide just that: recommending the poison deaths shots was murder. Book em and hang them, every one of them.

If a liberal judge doesn’t reverse this today, then I believe the Dems are breathing a sigh of relief because they didn’t have to outrage their nutball base by removing the mandate themselves. Now they can just let it stand while doing their pearl clutching and accusing their opponents of being heartless, etc., secretly happy that that particular monkey has been taken off their back for the midterms.

The Metro North is pretty much the last bastion of mask madness in my world. Though I do get away with pulling it down once seated. The conductors haven't been hassling us about it for quite some time and the other passengers mostly don't care.
I think the order only applies to Federal transportation systems. NY can do what they want.
