Putin splits NATO and cuts out Biden: Russian president agrees to hold talks with Germany, France and Ukraine as squabbling NATO countries fail to decide joint troop deployment and Joe says he'll go it alone

Russian President Vladimir Putin has agreed to hold talks with Germany, France and Ukraine as NATO fails to take action on the rising conflict in Easter Europe and President Joe Biden's announcement on Friday that he would deploy troops 'in the near term' without backing from NATO.

The blow to NATO and exclusion of America in negotiation talks on the Russian-Ukraine crisis came after Putin accused the U.S. and NATO of ignoring the Kremlin's 'fundamental concerns' over NATO's growth during a call with French President Emmanuel Macron on Friday.

During the call, Putin argued that the West had refused Russians demands of 'preventing NATO expansion, refusing to deploy strike weapons systems near Russian borders' and withdrawing allied forces to positions they held in 1997, prior to NATO's expansion into Eastern Europe, Politico reported.

Rather than meet with NATO, Putin has agreed to discuss the issue with the European-led Normandy Format, a grouping that includes France, Germany, Ukraine and Russia. Their meetings center on the cease-fire agreement that the countries brokered in eastern Ukraine in 2015, and it also offers a path to a broader settlement.

Putin said he had 'no offensive plans' in eastern Ukraine, according to Macron, who said the nations' talks would focus on 'de-escalation' along the Ukraine-Russian border, the New York Times reported.

The Normandy Format will meet in Berlin in two weeks, after Russia has already amassed over 100,000 troops at the Ukraine border.

No better outcome could have been hoped for.

The complete obviation and eventual destruction of NATO.

Few POTUS have done as much to forward American interests!

And it was all by accident.

Paleo conservatives should be celebrating.

Seems like France, Germany and Ukraine, not to mention Boris Johnson, are none too keen on being at the sharp end of Bidet’s war plan. Who can blame them?

Biden has made USA irrelevant except as a provocative irritant. Putin, like him or not, Is nobody’s fool. And he abides fools even less.

I loathe Putin, but he is certainly a geopolitical genius. Biden on the other hand...

You're just a boot-licking Note: I have never seen a valid explanation/reply to the question I have asked you from any of the NPCs here who are regurgitating BS Russian propaganda on the forum. Not one of you can explain to me how Russia is the "victim" of NATO in any rational way. But you all sure are quick to say, "oh you must be a Biden supporter," showing your true NPC pedigree. I was wrong to call you a Monkey as at least a monkey is a sentient being with real thoughts and feelings, albeit they are all about that monkey business.

It’s not a treaty, which requires Senate approval. It’s a memorandum or such.

“Reminds me of Vietnam; the left Democrats - McNamara, LBJ, Cy Vance, etc. - started the war based on the phony Gulf of Tonkin incident which never occurred.”

Democrats have always been experts at deception, but failures at doing anything with competence. Everything they say or do has deception and politics built into it as the mission. They outrageously will use war and accompanying losses as a deflection from their previous failed policies.

I looked it up one time. The US has entered into at least 5000 international agreements since WW2. A small percent are actual treaties, but most are considered binding, Congress having authorized the Executive Branch to act.

But we didn’t vote for Brandon. The deceptionist elites and their lying media and big tech covered up and installed him while the SCOTUS was afraid to take on them and their voting shenanigans. The consolidated media put Biden / Harris in power.

Much warmer than were they were stationed : Siberia near the Sino-Russo border.

At least they were in garrison. I have a feeling they are not getting hot meals right now.
