Masks at all times. That includes sleeping. They are ordering the kids to wear the masks while they are asleep. They didn’t say it, but it’s implicit. When you camp, you sleep in tents or shelters of some sort. More than one person in a tent.
Wearing a mask while sleeping is insane. Insisting on two masks is criminal.
