Rep. Paul Mitchell of Michigan quit the Republican Party on Monday over the GOP’s refusal to admit that President Donald Trump lost the election to President-elect Joe Biden.
Mitchell, in a scathing letter to GOP leaders, wrote that Trump’s baseless claims alleging widespread ballot fraud, and the Republican Party’s tolerance of those claims, threatened “long-term harm to our democracy.”

Leaving the Republican Party. In all of the battleground states there has a tremendous amount of work taken place trying to correct a fraudulent election. Those working to support the President are not independents or Libertarians, they are all Republicans. Republicans have succeeded in increasing the number of Representatives in the House and holding the Senate - no one else. The President has made great strides in improving the GOP and it has been paying off and we see the numbers frow in WDC and in state and local elections. Now is the time to get active in the GOP and help him get the job done.

Every thing threatens America’s democracy because it doesn’t exist. America is a Constitutional Republic. I’m not stopping saying this to every idiot who mentions democracy because democracy is just the beginning of socialism and then on to communism. Democracy brought Rome down. Our Constitution is the only protection we have from those who plan to rule the world.

Never heard of the guy so I assumed he was a STATE rep. But no! He is a member of the MI Congressional delegation. For him to be in the U.S. Congress and for me to have no idea who he is is a sure indication that he is a worthless nobody.

Spent FIVE MILLION DOLLARS trying to win a primary for a US house seat, lost and moved to another district to try again.
I dunno why someone would spend that much money to get a job that pays 200K a year.
