Why are we even paying attention to these big mouths. There are not as many as the press makes it out. We need to just keep laughing them off the stage.

Impossible. Even righties AND lefties make note of his work. I’m reading Down and Out Paris/London. He knew poverty. If he died in the Homage book he would have never written 1984.

Orwell is our token Socialist. He understood individuality. The Communist totalitarians that run the Democrat party need to isolate him to non-person status like the opponents of Stalin in the 1930s

Red Army soldiers were suddenly going to give up fighting the Great Patriotic War against Nazi Germany because of a book they had never heard of, and would likely get sent to a labor camp (at best) for possessing?

"It takes a brave man to not be a hero in the Red Army." - Jospeh Stalin, in reply to a toast from Admiral Ernest J. King to the heroic fighting qualities of the Red Army.

If they eliminate George Orwell’s book 1984, no one will realize that the suppression of the book is exactly what the book warned against.

Thought control is already getting the full and unqualified support of a substantial segment of the population. If the dems get into power in November, there will be NO freedom of thought left in the USA.

Orwell was down with the revolution. He fought on the socialist side in the Spanish civil war. It was there he found out what socialism really is.

“Do you realize that the past, starting from yesterday, has been actually abolished? If it survives anywhere, it’s in a few solid objects with no words attached to them, like that lump of glass there. Already we know almost literally nothing about the Revolution and the years before the Revolution. Every record has been destroyed or falsified, every book has been rewritten, every picture has been repainted, every statue and street and building has been renamed, every date has been altered. And that process is continuing day by day and minute by minute. History has stopped. Nothing exists except an endless present in which the Party is always right.”
- George Orwell, 1984

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Definitions_of_fascism

As a political epithet, fascist has been used in an anti-authoritarian sense to emphasize the common ideology of governmental suppression of individual freedom. In this sense, the word fascist is intended to mean oppressive, intolerant, chauvinist, genocidal, dictatorial, racist, or aggressive. George Orwell wrote in 1944:

“...the word ‘Fascism’ is almost entirely meaningless. In conversation, of course, it is used even more wildly than in print. I have heard it applied to farmers, shopkeepers, Social Credit, corporal punishment, fox-hunting, bull-fighting, the 1922 Committee, the 1941 Committee, Kipling, Gandhi, Chiang Kai-Shek, homosexuality, Priestley’s broadcasts, Youth Hostels, astrology, women, dogs and I do not know what else ... Except for the relatively small number of Fascist sympathisers, almost any English person would accept ‘bully’ as a synonym for ‘Fascist’. That is about as near to a definition as this much-abused word has come.[51]”

They massacred their own soldiers, padlocked them in
tanks, and used them to clear mines so it wouldn’t come
as any surprise they shot them for no reason either.

Perhaps the only consolation we have is that morons like
the author mentioned will be fed to the maw of the machine
he puts in place...
