In all seriousness, your post does give background information that tells more about what's going on in the minds of the people in that neighborhood.
In every group of people, there are scandals, secrets, and people who do wrong. It's not surprising that the Orthodox Jewish community has its own scandals.
But, the issue with this Board of Ed member is that she's trying to justify the murder of innocent people, just because those victims happened to be associated with a group she doesn't like.

It’s not all that different from not wanting your town dealing with a large influx of people from any other culture, maybe speaking another language, except that the ultra orthodox largely have US citizenship. Maybe dual Israeli also.
But there is a high use of state taxpayer money in the form of welfare.
Even Israel has problems with the ultra orthodox on welfare.

just a personal note, I occassionally get postcards and form letters, do you want to sell your property. I don’t consider I’m targeted because of my sex, race, religion or breakfast cereal preference and I haven’t given one thought to the race, religion or breakfast cereal preference of the sender. I just consider it junk mail by a fishing flipper, maybe a property manager looking at houses in a neighborhood they might have other rentals. Or realtors looking at homes maybe behind in their taxes the owners might want to sell, and good luck to him/her. I guess it takes a special talent to create such a state of virulent offense at a simple mass mailing.
So some rude people make unsolicited offers to buy houses, and this justifies shooting up a grocery store and trying to do the same to a day school? What’s the punishment for burping and not saying “excuse me”?
I think she’s got her facts wrong. It’s Planned Parenthood that’s selling body parts. Jews are just putting blood in matzah, which would explain what happens to some of the O + that the Red Cross collects./s

I believe she is referring to black tenants of black homeowners who sell their multi-family homes; if the new owner wants different tenants (as would be their right), the old tenants are evicted.
In terms of developers using eminent domain, in Neptune NJ property owners (including many blacks) successfully resisted an attempt to seize their land back around 2005; the government tried to paint their area as “blighted” when it wasn’t. I don’t see that as being relevant here, as eminent domain is using the government to force you out; I’m not aware of that happening in this part of Jersey City (though I would definitely consider this area “blighted”).

Interestingly, the perpetrators were black, yet all she talks about are the Jewish folks moving into the neighborhood.
The city passed a “no knock” law a couple of years ago because of this; the phenomenon has been a problem in other areas as well. Somehow homeowners who posted signs that they didn’t want to sell their homes (to ANYONE) were deemed anti-Semitic.
There is no justification for the actions of the shooters; bear in mind they killed more non-Jewish people than Jewish ones. Skin color rather than religion seemed to play a larger role.
It sickens me how none of the local residents seem to mention the dead cop; they seem more preoccupied with the inconveniences caused them by this attack, and the perceived threat to their children, than anything else.
Her position is probably why she is carrying on with her rant; if the neighborhood changes, the elected officials do as well.
