the support of the US and President Trump is invaluable to the ordinary Iranians:
...
On Persian social media outlets and apps such as Telegram, which is extremely popular among Iranians, people are cheering the US support. People are asking the US to support them in other ways as well, in addition to helping them bypass the internet-blocks and shut-downs that the Iranian regime recently implemented.
If the Iranians succeed in changing this Islamist regime, it will bring down the highest state sponsor of terrorism, the leading regime in human rights violations, the top state sponsor of anti-Americanism and anti-Semitic propaganda. Iran, with its current regime, is a danger not just to its long-suffering people, but to everyone
. ..
Remember, just eight years ago, that the people of Iran rose up in their millions against their Islamist dictatorship. The US administration at the time stayed abhorrently silent. People on the streets chanted, "Obama, Obama, are you with them [mullahs] or with us?"
Washington did not offer support. The administration's dismissal not only enabled the mullahs brutally to crush the demonstrations with impunity; the mullahs were even rewarded with a deal that would enable them to have a legitimate nuclear weapons capability down the road, as well as billions of dollars.
...
US President Donald J. Trump, on the other hand, has been supporting and praising the bravery of the Iranian people, and publicly condemning any human rights violations committed by the Iranian regime against the people.
...
It is hypocritical and heartbreaking to see that the international community and the United Nations simply watch while peaceful protesters are being beaten and killed: no words of condemnation have been spoken. The dictators and despots who form the UN's majority are doubtless worried that that might be next.

Iran is the root of terrorism and evil in the world. We attacked the wrong country in 2003. I support doing whatever it takes to rid the Persian people of these tyrants.
lil Putin will not be happy!
If you had unfurled that banner in the US during Obama’s reign, your life would have been destroyed by his administration.
Iran was once a first rate economic country with plenty grown at home to feed itself, great roads, hospitals, schools, a large and prosperous middle class.
Nearly every radicalized crazed Iranian today is forced to be that way OR ELSE.
Iranians today want more than anything to be liberated from the demagogues that control their every thought, their every move.
Pray they see FREEDOM during the time of President Trump.
obama was encouraged to see a robust debate in iran as the guard was machine gunning down demonstartors
If 100 cities are in turmoil of varying amounts in Iran then how could the leftist news media here miss the story? /s
As Neda Soltan lay dying, Obama was wiping ice cream off his chin and grinning.
NO ONE was allowed to criticize the Fraud and keep working.
Ice cream?
I guess that’s a euphemism.
Point: a key to getting here is America becoming oil independent. Just saying.

Thanks george76.
“Obama, are you with them [mullahs] or with us?”
In the summer of 2009 Barry supported the mullahs and the bright, courageous Persians were imprisoned and killed. Today Iran needs to adopt the American Constitution like every other country.
