President Donald Trump suggested Monday he’ll testify in writing as House Democrats press on with their impeachment probe, even as he continued to insist he’d done nothing wrong.
Trump was responding to House Speaker Nancy Pelosi, who invited him to testify in front of investigators ahead of a week that will see several key witnesses appear publicly. The California Democrat said Trump is welcome to appear or answer questions in writing, if he chooses.
“Even though I did nothing wrong, and don’t like giving credibility to this No Due Process Hoax, I like the idea & will, in order to get Congress focused again, strongly consider it!” Trump said. Pelosi made her suggestion in an interview that aired Sunday on CBS’ “Face the Nation.”

Washington (CNN)The House of Representatives is now investigating whether President Donald Trump lied to special counsel Robert Mueller in written answers he provided in the Russia investigation, the House’s general counsel said in federal court Monday.
Don’t think Pelosi considered the Prez responding positively. Could get interesting. The Rats will now lend credence to the their impeachment folly.

The media cannot boycott POTUS written responses to Democrat questions. The answers can contain concise one sentence answers, followed by paragraphs of supporting logic and facts.
The entire narrative could be shifted.

You’re not accountable to them, and your acceptance of any terms of theirs lends the proceedings a dignity it certainly does not deserve.

President Trump knows exactly what he’s doing...
Demo-rats may try to stretch this out as long as possible in the house, hoping to damage Trump. But I can't believe they are stupid enough to send this to the Senate and spring the trap on themselves.
