Kanye West joined Pastor Joel Osteen on stage at his Lakewood Church on Sunday and said he plans to recruit the best talent in the music industry and release new Christian music every month.
“This music is going to come every month. We dropping that heat. We’re in the studio. God is strengthening our hands,” Kanye West said to the over 17,000 in attendance and the millions watching on livestream.
“The devil stole all the good producers, the devil stole all the good musicians, all the good artists, all the good designers, all the good businesspeople, and said you’ve got to come work for me,” West said.
“We have writers. We have producers. We’re taking all the most fire producers and bring them back to God,” the Grammy-winner said to the roar of applause. “All the best voices, all the best dancers, all the worship for us to see that it’s through Christ — following the Bible can free us all.”
“When we bring up the name of Jesus, we’re told to be quiet. Every time I stand up, I feel that I’m standing up and drawing a line in the sand and saying, ‘I’m here in service to God,'” West continued.
West explained how he came to make Jesus Is King, his ninth consecutive number one album and his first Gospel album.

I'm just praying for the guy because when the booing begins like Dylan and the money falls away it's really hard to keep going, and yeah, his bi polar mood swings. God help him stay strong if this is real and not just an album sell and he moves on the Krishna or Islam or Buddhism.

I’m pretty confident that you’ll find adversity regardless of what you do or believe, despite Joel Osteen’s teaching. Christian hope and faith are in eternity not this present age. Paul writes about our suffering building character and not worth worrying about compared to the promise and Paul certainly knew about suffering.
Amen to that. And let’s be honest..or at least I will..we do our best preaching and leading others to Christ in our “baby Christian” days because it is so real and the change dramatic. Preach on Kanye.

I think Kanye West’s Father was a Black Panther who became a Christian counselor of some kind. His father Ray West was recently diagnosed with prostate cancer. Maybe Kanye’s father had something to do with his conversion. Just speculating.
I’m sure he has justification for why he NEEDS that big of a house.

"Slow Train Coming" only Dylan that speaks to me...watched his only SNL appearance afterwards and "Gotta Serve Somebody", well, Kanye will never know what it's like to write a song like that.
But Dylan had already had people boo him by then, when he went electric.
They are both attention whores, IMO
He could change the black community if he takes this and think for youself into black churchs and poor areas..
