It sounds like he is not eligible for a pension after two terms for a total of 4 years.
Congressional pension is a pension made available to members of the United States Congress. Members who participated in the congressional pension system are vested after five (5) years of service. Funny, he hasn’t drafted legislation. Just keeping that door open for the future, I’m sure. Disclosure: He used to be my rep and I participated in a town hall conference call with him. I asked him about the reluctance to delve into the problematic “facts” of Obama’s official narrative and was promptly dropped from the call.
