With only two terms he's not vested for pension.
As others have posted, with only 4 years, he will get nothing. You have to serve 5 years. Even then, Congress critters only get 1.7% for each year of service up to 20, then 1% per year after that. While it might be better than most folks get, I don't think the Congressional retirement system is the scam most people think it is. The problem is how most Representatives and Senators seem to magically get rich either while in office, or soon after leaving Congress.
