I’ll wager it won’t take more than a week for most of them to piss away their $10K on Weed/Pot, lottery tickets, Malt Liquor, and a new pair of Air Jordan’s.
The head count on the census of what was identified as African American was 47M. If the top number is used at $500 B, that equates out to $10.638M a person. If the little number of $300B is used: that’s $6.382M per person. This for something they had nothing to do with and can’t make the case that if their ancestors were treated differently, they would have made that money. Ridiculous.
And what are they going to do if the ancestry is not able to identify themselves with the slaves as not all people of color came from the slaves. African American people have been entering the country for a couple of hundred years after slavery. In the population estimates by the census board in 2018, 13.4% of the population was African American.

The blacks already get a majority of the government jobs and good pensions. We also purchased their freedom with 600k lives. I think we have paid enough.

First, restrict what can be purchased with an EBT card let’s say... make it something like the WIC program where only nourishing essential food items can be purchased for consumption. Then secondly, you issue this reparation of $10,000 on EBT cards.
Then you watch an underground economy flourish where people buy luxury items with disposable diapers and laundry detergent and other products that are of high demand and obtainable through the restructuring of allowable EBT purchases in this underground market economy that exists but is never talked about.

If the African Tribesmen didn’t sell the Ancestors of American Blacks into Slavery, they wouldn’t be here to collect the Lottery Winnings.
Do they run DNA Tests to see wat percentages the Money will be divided into? How does this actually work? If there is a little something in the woodpile you get a Check?
