How do they charge him with crimes he already has been convicted of? Unless they can show conspiracy in his plea deal...which will hit the judge and prosecutors.

His sweetheart deal was a Non-Prosecution Agreement with a Federal Prosecutor, to not charge the Federal offenses, which might result in decades of prison sentences. Instead he plead to Florida State crimes, and did 13 months at a Florida Country Club detention facility - mostly out on work release.

Maybe President Trump is bringing this guy to justice, so the Left is just going to have to spin it.
