President Trump on Friday signed a spending package to avert another government shutdown, his top spokesman said.
White House press secretary Sarah Huckabee Sanders told reporters Trump approved the measure on Friday afternoon in the executive mansion. Reporters were not on hand to witness the bill signing.
The move came hours after Trump announced during a freewheeling, 50-minute news conference that he is declaring a national emergency to bypass Congress and obtain $8 billion for his long-desired border wall, a move that triggered a major legal showdown with Democrats.

Trump deep sixed his case by the ‘i didn’t want to do it but i was in a hurty’ language during his statement in the rose garden.
The ‘national excitement’ over the declaration is chaff over the bill itself. Don’t fall for it.

Not sure why you're trying to dismiss such a monumental declaration. The left is going insane; that's all anyone needs to know about how important this is to them.
Also, it seems like you're not familiar with the legal process. First and foremost, one must have standing in order to file a lawsuit.
The only relevant parties in this particular case are the House and Senate. That's it, not the states or individuals.
Lastly, spoken intent has no bearing with respect to supporting the declaration itself. That is, any decision will be evaluated on constitutional grounds with respect to the law that authorizes the action, not the specific merits.
Odd ball drive by posters such as yourself are wasting your time. Do you really think you can show up and try and influence Trump's support? It's a waste of time - once people talk to others outside their normal circles and realize how effected the proggies are, then they'll clue into why this is a really big deal.

did trump sign the emergency declaration first? i hope so. does it matter legally? maybe not, but signing the emergency declaration first would be insurance.
i look forward to more hand-wringing by the MSM over trump’s state of mind in signing the emergency declaration. it is easy for me to imagine that the MSM will cast the event as trump versus america— that is, liberal america, obama’s america. it has been noted in other times that america is a land in which people join civic organizations out of a sense of wanting to belong. the MSM and liberals imho therefore strive to portray trump as an outsider who refuses to conform to what the mainstream of america wants. that imho will be the main pitch of the MSM regarding the emergency declaration in the next few weeks.
as far as the courts go, maybe trump has the inside skinny on RBG’s health. it can’t be long before she resigns. when she does, trump has a fight on his hands but will ultimately prevail on his choice for a replacement, particularly if it is a woman, such as Amy Coney Barrett (AKA Notorious ACB, LOL). Surely the 9th won’t want to be embarrassed yet again...
