“Horribly wrong.” No. that’s how the game works. Nothing went wrong after the decision to “play” the game.
A St. Louis police officer has been charged with killing a fellow officer after a Russian roulette-style game went horribly wrong.

When does Russian roulette ever go anything other than horribly wrong?
You taunt the bull don’t be surprised when you get the horn.
“Funny. The last five times we played, it went fine.”
Also, don’t play it with a semi-auto. Just saying.
1 person = suicide
2 people = criminal charges
” I mean.. what are the odds!”
Million to one shot, doc. Million to one.
Suicide is also, actually, a crime. Very hard to prosecute.
A game of Russian roulette? Nope, not believing it. Not believing it at all. My money is on a love triangle that went south, fast.
These are our”police”? Damn shame that 90% give the other 10% a bad name.
She was a Army vet, not sure about him. Mind boggling stupid.
Sgt Hellmeier was the adult in the room and walked away. He needs to be charged as well.
“That’s it you two are crazy... I’m going to call the cops” Was not said.
this is different than most games. Everybody lost. And these are police officers?!
But that makes no sense at all.
If they were coming up with a cover story, why one where one of them goes to prison and the other has his career ruined?
Shows real stupidity.
Over 40 years ago, In a University department I was associated with, a young police officer was said to have pointed his .45 at the head of another officer, in a joke.
There was a witness as well as the victim.
The foolish officer then said: "I guess I should have checked it first."
Then he checked it and found it was loaded.
Then he was fired.
My point is that police are capable of doing stupid things with guns.
Making it a crime gives the police the power to take measures to prevent it.
He told them to stop.
What was he supposed to do, pull a gun on them?
You taunt the bullet don't be surprised when you get the Hornady.
