I don’t know what you mean. The SC is unaffected and PDJT can drop the hammer on Rosenstien and Sessions. The Senate approves their replacements. That effectively shuts down the SC.
PDJT can still order the un-redacted FISA docs and that could lead to indictments, which is one of the scenarios circulating. And he won’t have to give a hoot about what the House thinks.
So there may be some justice, after all. We’ll know soon enough.
The Senate has oversight too. They can continue investigations.
Plus, as long as Nancy Pelosi is going to go full-out impeachment mode, President Trump can fire Sessions, Rosenstein, Wray, AND declassify and release unredacted all the FISA docs.

You are correct that the Senate can block socialist schemes hatched by the House. The flipside is that House can and will disrupt the Trump agenda.
It will automatically be a runoff between two highest vote getters unless one of them gets 50%+1.
