even those words seem to be open to much interpretation. this will not be a slam dunk I don’t believe. I think ultimately that amendment will have to be modified or superseded in some way to make it clear as to its meaning. thoughts?

also, didn’t they grant citizenship to the slaves once emancipated? that would have immediately made them all legal citizens and therefore in jurisdiction of the US, and no allegiance to a foreign government. that would cover that issue and argument of their being brought here not born here, the issue of the status of the parents and therefore the children. that is how I would argue this and make the difference that those that come here illegally are not citizens and therefore not in jurisdiction. sorry just throwing out some thoughts. anyone?

He may already be there. Did you see him shut down Sidney Powell two nights ago when she mentioned diseases possibly being connected to illegals and the caravan invaders? He scolded her, and then abruptly ended the interview. Her time may have been up, but the appearance was that he shut her down.
When Trump shows the American voters how much the 14th Amendment misuse has cost them for years, it will be an astronomical figure.
One thing to remember, it did not apply to our own Indian tribes at the time- because they were seen as sovereign nations within our country.

I wouldn’t go so far as to say it fixes those things - schools in particular are a complete Leftist disaster beyond even the massive influx of illegals - but I think it is correct to say that those issues can’t be fixed without this (ending birthright citizenship) being in the mix of solutions.
