The RINO sisters can use this as a cover to delay their vote.

And the FBI has stated that they will not do one, apparently. More than once.

Flake doesn’t control what happens on the Senate floor. FBI investigation is not going to happen. He’s already passed 6 FBI background checks.

I’m thinking they’re hoping an “activist” DA in Maryland “takes up the cause”. And this latest delay is just to facilitate that.

Flake was going to vote yes. He must have been threatened with a “me too” bimbo.

FBI has already said No!
(they do not have any jurisdiction without there having been a federal crime, and they wouldn’t bother with a 37 year old bs thing anyway, imho, but they’ve already said No since no jurisdiction...a request confers zero jurisdiction)

PT is going to WV tomorrow, perfect timing. 4 red dems are already gone, this will be 5, 6, with Hietkamp.

Flake is a lame duck. He shouldn’t even be in the judiciary committee, and while he should be allowed to vote on the confirmation, he shouldn’t have the power to call for an FBI investigation.

I am saying that even if the result is Kavanaugh goes down, Mitch is not going to bring the FBI in.

Literally that is setting up the stage for the Dems to create endless delays for all future nominees.

Correct. Another week of destructive lies and unbridled hatred from the Left.

This is his last term, he's not running for re-election. He's done at whatever point they recess. This is his parting shot.

That’s true but a lot of media misreporting of what actually happened. No one agreed to a week delay. That was just Flake’s personal preference for his final yes vote. Grassley said that he would forward Flake’s concern to Mitch, but had no power over what happens.

If Kavanaugh isn’t seated the day the SCOTUS convenes it means nothing. He can be Seated a week later.

Flake is holding his Full Senate Vote hostage because he is a frigging Moron, but we are helpless to do anything about it unless EVERY other Republican is a guaranteed Kavanaugh Vote.

Vote early and lose or play Flake’s FBI game. That’s the choice if the scenario doesn’t include 50 guaranteed GOP Votes.

I don’t trust Collins or Murkowski, does anyone here?

Judge Roy Moore would be in the Senate had not McConnel McTurdle not spent 30 million to smear him with similar old old charges.

Instead we lost a vote because Dem Doug Jones is won the seat. Mitch is to blame.

You actually trust the FBI to exonerate Judge Kav now? Strzok and Page and McCabe and Rosenstein are the FBI! They will get Trump by any means necessary! Wake up people! The FBI is the enemy! Why do you think the Demonrats have been trying to get this in the FBI?

“I just read that Trump called flakey Ford a “very credible witness” and will not demand that the vote go ahead. What the heck is the matter with him? Does he have GWB syndrome?”

No... he probably knows the sisterhood isn’t on board yet.

This delay is so all the Dems who are probably going to lose their elections can be secured with a big pay off.
