Kerry is doing the DS’s bidding. DS is controlled by Obama.
Both of these evil SOBs should be in jail.

Kerry knows that The Logan Act is a toothless, unenforced, dust covered notation in a discontinued history book. Not very much more. If only, if only!!

Nothing is as corrosive to government as laws that are not enforced. The laws then become selective tools for dealing with political opponents. What Kerry did was far more toxic than bumping into a Russian at a cocktail party.
General Flynn was sucker punched out of the administration over nothing. John Kerry prances around Islamic countries like a bacha bazi and it is ignored. Jeff Sessions, where are you?

Go watch the Mel Gibson movie “Edge of Darkness” and watch the scene where the senator who resembles Kerry gets his. It is exactly what should happen to him.

Next January, a report appeared that Kerry had met with a top negotiator for the PLO in London. I'm stuck here in this article. It's like a broken record in my brain. Nothing else in the article computes until I have this future telling thing understood.

First he violated federal law by conducting foreign policy and should be imprisoned.
18 U.S. Code § 953 - Private correspondence with foreign governments “Any citizen of the United States, wherever he may be, who, without authority of the United States, directly or indirectly commences or carries on any correspondence or intercourse with any foreign government or any officer or agent thereof, with intent to influence the measures or conduct of any foreign government or of any officer or agent thereof, in relation to any disputes or controversies with the United States, or to defeat the measures of the United States, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than three years, or both.”
Why is this not being prosecuted ???

Kerry never served loyally in any job he occupied from Swift Boater and Naval Officer to State Department. Amid accusations that he took credit for the valor of fallen fellow navy officers and enlistees, he went on to become an anti-war protestor demonstrating outside the White House fence. He launched a failed presidential bid. His best friends were numbered among the draft dodgers and haters of America who obstructed a war and worked assiduously to help America fail in the eyes of the world. He later remarried a lady of wealth.

The, "deal" with Iran and other countries was done in secret. It was not made public and the congress-critters had to go to a SCIF to view the documents under strict guidelines not to divulge their contents.
President Trump should declassify these, "agreements" immediately!

Clear violation of the Logan Act.
The Logan Act (1 Stat. 613, 18 U.S.C. § 953, enacted January 30, 1799) is a United States federal law that criminalizes negotiation by unauthorized persons with foreign governments having a dispute with the United States.
