trebuchet a few back and they’ll stop. I was told that freighters and other cargo ships when they find a stowaway would throw them overboard so they wouldn’t get their ship impounded by immigration authorities. The sailor said that the word gets around and they stop having a problem with stowaways.

I worked in the IT department of a hospital once. On the occasions I talked to the ER nurses, they always complained about all the illegals that never paid and clogged up the system, often with very minor health issues. They were really irritated and frustrated.

Perhaps the wall plans should be modified to include an electric fence at the top. This way invaders could fall on the correct side where they belong, sparing U.S. taxpayers the expense of their medical care.

I’d have to get a first job first. I’m a 100% V.A. disabled (permanent and total, housebound). LOL

Why didn’t they just throw him back over the wall.

LOL! LMAO!

It could be a Monty Python skit!

So why wasn’t the illegal alien thrown back over so he could go to a Mexican hospital ???

And since this is a self inflicted injury, does he have to pay his own hospital bills ???

Why are we responsible for his reckless behavior ???

We could at least park old farm equipment under this side so they would have a place to land. Old plows and disks would work nicely.

As they say, this isn’t national news worthy.

It’s only on the AP national news wire because they want to make a political point out of it.

And it’s only news here on FR for discussion because it is there on the AP.

It’s news in the county or state where it happened. It’s nothing on a national level.

Some guy breaking the law AND being an idiot fell off a border wall and got hurt. Well, a whole lot more people around this country probably got hurt just as bad on the job yesterday. I feel even worse for them. They don’t make the AP national news feed.

So why THIS guy on THIS day? Because it makes their narrative. Not because it’s actually “news” but because it’s politically expedient.

Should have a trebuchet handy for just such events.

Wall 2.0 will need a bed of spikes on the ground.

"Perhaps the wall plans should be modified to include an electric fence at the top. This way invaders could fall on the correct side"

A big rounded barrier (barrel top) that provides no grip, and has a protruding overhang as an obstacle, prevents any free climber from getting over to the American side.

That passive design feature tested out good on the prototypes, but this last year's appropriation restricted using any new designs.

I hope that from this year on, new construction will have this anti-climb feature. It is not only more effective barrier, it is a safety feature, that can keep people off the dangerous heights.

It’s a shame there weren’t 2 foot long barbed metal spikes/pikes and trebuchets along the bottom of the wall - they would have eliminated the need to provide medical care for the SOB. Simply remove the corpse from the spikes and use the trebuchet to catapult the corpse back over the wall into Mexico.

No doubt if he’ll risk the wall he’ll risk escaping the hospital..crutches and all.

No. The lawyers and Democrat politicians are lining up to support him. He'll be on deferred action on deportation for at least 25 years while his various lawsuits are resolved.
