If it is part of the NYT, it goes way back to the “hungry” children of the USSR who weren’t being “starved to death” in the Ukraine. Captioned photo of an emaciated child = “The children aren’t being starved, they were just hungry”. TIME is a Propaganda organ for the left.
When this all started I figured the only hope will be if the left MSM overplays it a LOT, even more then usual, because the optics of detained children was so bad. Looking at that cover I’d say I got my wish. It just steams me that this is happening while the truth is coming out with the IG testimony and it gets 0 coverage, none.
