Yes essentially if you can bring a kid with you it’s basically open doors it’s just another loop hole. No border control if you bring a child with you, correct?
Kids and parents separate from one another all the time. Crooks go to prison (hey, choices), service personnel are sent on deployments, kids go to school every day or private academies for months at a stretch.
Why should border jumpers be treated differently?
