As I said to Lopeover: at this temporary moment in history there is very little to distinguish the G7 and Xi/Putin. Both gatherings are designed to combat “America First.”
Xi/Putin are the primary agreement holders of the Paris Climate Accord and Iran Nuke Deal for starters. THEIR goals for North Korea are NOT ours. And Russia/China are why the Kim dynasty has stayed in power so long.
History will tell how many innocent Korean lives ruined and lost as a result.
We must pursue our interests first even if that makes us alone. But it is not selfish because what is in fact good for America is good for the world. (Even if people haven’t caught up to that reality check yet.)
That would be the same Japan we levied substantial tariffs on?

Hello Krosan! I was describing the situation right now, not suggesting the G7 in and of itself is anti-American by default. Hopefully the world will be in a different place soon and Trump get the respect he deserves.
