Several NFL stars are reportedly considering not playing until Colin Kaepernick and Eric Reid are signed by teams.

According to columnist Shaun King, the protesting players are hoping that up to 25 per cent of the league will join them in sitting out.

In 2016, Kaepernick drew worldwide attention and sparked a protest movement after he began to kneel during the national anthem to raise awareness of racial equality and police brutality.

Now this is what you call a self-solving problem.

Thanks, guys! Now, bye!

"They aim to get 25% of the players to sit out with them."

Do us all a big favor, and get 100% to sit out this season, and every season.

Bye bye. Hundreds of backups are just anxious to take your place. GMs don’t like players who are problems.

The MLS which is centrally run by their owners doesn’t pull off this stupid crap and doesn’t go out of its way to offend its fans and is profitable.

Yes, soccer - dude. The NFL is forgetting its a sports league and a business and its dying the deaths of a thousands cuts - all self-inflicted. No business can afford to diss its customers.

But that’s exactly what the NFL has exceled at. If it keeps on promoting America hatred, what its so-called stars are pushing on it may turn out to be the least of its worries.

What happened to just playing football?

Hey, Moron! The fans don’t care about Social Justice Warrior-ing. Do what you want. You miss games, you don’t get paid. You can join Colin in the unemployment line!

Look at it as a self cleaning oven.
All the players that spit on the American flag volunteer to quit. We win.

These aren’t “stars”. They’re a bunch of low-life, anti-American, MFing thugs that don’t appreciate how good they have it. IF it were not for a football, most of em would be in a chain gang somewhere picking up highway trash.
Do it, you bunch of stupid-looking, dumb-azzes....you have no idea of the unintended consequences: Suicide by by dumb-azzes.
They’re not irreplaceable. Fire em for breach of contract and replace em with hungry individuals that don’t have a “liberal agenda”.

Several NFL stars are reportedly considering not playing until Colin Kaepernick and Eric Reid are signed by teams.

It looks like professional football has become a platform for social justice.

It is time to simply shut down the NFL, and start over in a few years. We do not need the NFL as a platform for social justice.

We already have the newspapers and CNN, NBC, CBS, and ABC. They all provide social justice all the time. The stadiums can be used for social justice initiatives.

Who wants to watch football when the players have other priorities on their minds? Give them a few years to work it out.

Who gives a rat's ass?

This from a race-baiting, lying, obfuscating, thinks-he-is-wishes-he-was-black imposter/impersonator.

Real meaningful.

I ain't watching anyway, and I know of hundreds, if not thousands that will not, just within my circle of associates, so if they get a spot, they can play with themselves.

And these C suckers think they cant be replaced?

This is what would be called a wildcat strike and is a breech of contract. No contract, no pay, no benefits, no nothing.

Go ahead, walk out you Meffers, lots of good college kids that were passed over would love to play.
