Found it in this local report and it is similar. But with fewer details.
The victim has a Facebook page (I have never been on Facebook). You can look that up and find more details if you like.
This type of no knock raid "mistake" should never ever be allowed to happen.
In my opinion, 'no knock' warrants are a violation of the Constitution, specifically the 4th Amendment.
Our house was raided by the King County SWAT team shortly after we moved in around 25 years ago. I was at work, my wife was at home recovering from foot surgery. She is 5’4” and 100 pounds. She was held against a wall with a gun pointed at her head while the rest of the rifle wielding cowboys ran all around our house making a lot of noise and a huge mess.
My wife was very concerned about the safety of our three dogs. Fortunately they were all contained at the time of the “attack”. It was of course a total screw up, but they had a warrant with our address signed by a judge looking for someone who never had any relation to our home. We never received any sort of rational explanation, apology or compensation for the damage they caused.
If you are the victim, and you shoot the intruders to defend yourself, they will shoot you into small pieces. Your action is justified. Theirs is murder, and there is no excuse. Issuing a letter of apology is not enough. Prosecution for murder is the only solution.
Yes, and I will not retract.
Liberal censors are labeling all sites that are somewhat conservative as “fake news”, intentionally poisoning the well and discouraging people from viewing those sites.
It is compounded by warning about violence when reporting crimes liberal sites won’t do, and it reinforces liberal censorship because what liberals WILL NOT report like Clinton’s health problems and scandals is labeled “fake” or “biased” when it comes up on conservative news sites.
