You know that’s a really good point, and more true than we’d like to think.
I once had a conversation with a crime scene technician. He confirmed what I’d heard that juries were now starting to almost demand the full blown super high tech CSI treatment for every case. This is absolutely impossible. Most of the stuff they did on CSI was legitimate, but he told me there’s not one crime lab in the country as well equipped as the TV show. And of course, the time requirement is greatly reduced.
There is no possible way to devote total resources to one crime, especially not something as basic as a stolen car.
So where and how was he caught?
Were any non minority (whites) peoples shot? If so, that’s some incredible shooting to only kill the minorities. He must have practiced for years.

EXACTLY. I believe strongly that FBI/CIA/ATF assets are being used to INTENTIONALLY perpetrate mass murders with AR-15's, so as to facilitate a gun ban.

Actually it looks like a brand new item. The smudges on the bbl &frnot sight assembly appear to be brand new unoiled parkerizing. The buttstock at an angle suggests an improper tightening& staking job. I say brand new bargain basement m4gery. The trace will tell more. Obviously this was a well though out “hate crime”. The shooter even went so far as to begin the shooting spree while wearing no pants so potential jurors will see he’s nuts.
