The liberals have decided its a lot more humane to unleash tens of thousands mental cases on the general public then lock them up like the States used to.
This is where the action needs to be directed, build mental wards and start locking people up.
Amend the Constitution first to nullify the pernicious precedents that have brought all this to pass. Give a two-thirds majority in one house and a simple majority in the other the power to nullify bad rulings by SCOTUS.
There is this group tha is called the ACLU who would just say “no” as in see you in court.
