No, you’re wrong and here’s why.
They are trying to deprive this young lady of her constitutional rights. Make no mistake about this.
Consequently they are actually guilty of a FELONY here, and somebody rightly needs to go to JAIL for what they did to this young lady, as well as get their ass sued off so badly they are all living under a bridge somewhere with a carboard sign, and workin’ the truck stop glory holes for some extra crank money.
Alternatively if they DIAF I’m OK with that.

However, the photo was meant to be a statement—to push back on the anti-gunners that have been all the rage lately.
Again, the photo is deliberately provocative for a reason.
It wasn’t just a candid shot of her looking at the river. She has every right to make such statements, needless to say.
