Facebook Rejects Conservative’s Campaign Announcement As ‘Shocking’ And ‘Disrespectful'
The Daily Caller ^ | April 10, 2018 | Derek Hunter

Posted on 04/12/2018 4:21:39 PM PDT by Ciaphas Cain

As Facebook founder and CEO Mark Zuckerberg testifies before Congress about the company’s failure to protect user’s personal data, the social media monopoly is facing more charges of censoring conservative voices.

Aric Nesbitt, a former member of the Michigan House of Representatives and state lottery commissioner, wanted to amplify his announcement for State Senate on Facebook, so he submitted it the way any candidate or company would. But the ad was quickly rejected “because it doesn’t follow our Advertising Policies. We don’t allow ads that contain shocking, disrespectful or sensational content, including ads that depict violence or threats of violence,” according to a message from the company.

What was the message? It read, in its entirety, “I’m proud to announce my candidacy for State Senate. Lansing needs conservative, West Michigan values, and as our next State Senator, I will work to strengthen our economy, limit government, lower our auto insurance rates, balance the budget, stop sanctuary cities, pay down government debt and be a Pro-Life, Pro-Second Amendment leader for the people. Find out more at www.VoteNesbitt.com.”

The post was immediately met with a rejection message.

“Values” is a racist code word. It implies that countries that produce nothing but terror attacks, refugees, and wave after wave of migrants who never want to return are somehow inferior

” the company’s failure to protect user’s personal data, the social media monopoly.”

Facebook is not a monopoly.

A candidate is not required to advertise on Facebook.

That candidate has alternative avenues for advertising.

People, that would be the voters, have the option to not use Facebook.

Here is Facebook's censorship up close....and its not pretty.

A Michigan House of Representatives and state lottery commissioner submitted his reelection announcement to Facebook........

Liberal Facebook Nazis rejected his ad “because it doesn’t follow Facebook Advertising Policies."
"Facebook does not allow ads that contain shocking, disrespectful or sensational content, including ads that depict violence or threats of violence.

What was the reelections ad's content? In its entirety: “I’m proud to announce my candidacy for State Senate. Find out more at www.VoteNesbitt.com.” (hat tip dailycaller.com)

Outrageous.

Facebook will deliver a Democrat congress in the fall and Trump impeachment in the spring if they aren’t dealt with swiftly and severely.

But This Was Okay To Post On FB

How_To

'How to pick up Jewish chicks': Vile antisemitic picture shows human remains on a shovel - but Facebook refused to remove it.

FB has been accused of "enabling vicious Jewish hatred" after telling users an image depicting human remains on a shovel below the tag line "How to pick up Jewish chicks" did not breach its standards.

(I refuse to spell out their name, it's FB period).

“Facebook will deliver a Democrat congress in the fall and Trump impeachment in the spring if they aren’t dealt with swiftly and severely.”

You could stop using Facebook.

You can refuse to do business with any company that advertises on Facebook.

You can refuse to support any candidate that advertised on Facebook.

That’s about all you can do.

It’s getting pretty close.

“If a company has a market share of greater than 75 percent, they will probably be considered a monopoly.”

“In January 2018, Facebook had a social network market share of 70.88 percent. Furthermore, it had the greatest market share of social networks that month.”

“If a company has a market share of greater than 75 percent, they will probably be considered a monopoly.”

Are 75 percent of the people with internet access on Facebook?

“In January 2018, Facebook had a social network market share of 70.88 percent.”

How would you define a ‘social network?”

I don’t have to. Lawyers do. I’m not arguing with your premise. Rather that the law is not applied the same now as in 1910.
