Never miss an opportunity to try to demoralize conservatives, do you?

-

I don’t need RoseofTexas’ help to feel demoralized right now.

Evil won. Good didn’t even bother to fight them.

It’s actually very simple, if he vetoed it a government shutdown would have cratered his public support, 95% of 5ne voters don’t think the same way we do here, and there are most definitely- and easily - enough votes to impeach him and convict him. He has very little support in his own party.

The Establishment has him boxed in...unless he’s willing to use the military to keep himself in office, a shutdown would finish him. He’s the president in the weakest political position since Nixon in 1974. They have him boxed, because the balance of power is with the professional political class, who have bought off who they need to and turned the rest of the population into drugged up idiots. That’s where the blame ultimately resides.

It looks like someone recommended (or forced his hand/) he sign the budget to raise military funding regardless of anything else.

To me, Trump sounds beaten down and defeated.

The key to understanding why he signed this budget is to find out who was pushing increasing military funding.

The silver lining is that we got Bolton and a big military budget to invade Iran next!

>>>I picture Ryan and Romney, and all the other goobers, laughing their butts off at this. They have him by the short hairs, and are plotting the next move to undercut him.

Yep...and I think you stole one of my posts from yesterday (just kidding)...because I basically said the exact same thing. They have him by the shorts...and are laughing. I believe secretly they had their fingers crossed that he would veto. It was only a few thousand Freepers and a hand full of people at the DUMP that wanted him to veto it. Everybody else in this country is too freaking clueless to know what is happening.

Blabbing on about military equipment to justify his signing.

Why is Trump so hung up on giving DACA to the illegals. It died March 5th but he still thinks its a bargaining chip?

Very disappointed in this. I would have started the conference by running each and every page through a shredder on national TV.

Trump stands for nothing. His next rally will be poorly attended and boooed!! He gave the Dems what they wanted— his political demise. I will never vote again. I have lost total faith in the system and I now hate that son of a bitc4. HE SCR3WED US WITH ABSOLUTE LIES. It was all a hoax to get our conservative vote. I guess Ill be kicked off because I have now turned on trump full accelerator. That sorry bastard.

They lied. It is a full year. And.... we are back to catch and release because they have shrunk the detainment areas. A total screwing is what we got.

Correct. The military increased are huge. Any more slippage to the right and there wouldn’t be enough time to execute against he one year appropriations. That funding would die, unlike other Dem favored appropriations which are no year and not time bound.

He just signed a bill that has Ryan, McConnell, Pelosi, and Schumer’s blessings....

That being the case, how likely do you think it is he could have made a veto stick?

There’s no point in continuing to fight when your General starts fighting for the enemy.

What fight? The general has no beltway army.

The elected GOP has abandoned a POTUS of their own party. If he doesn’t feel he has the political capital to fight this battle it’s because of that.

Why have the “true conservatives” been AWOL in this beltway theater performance? And don’t tell me voting no when you know the bill is going to pass enough enough. Is McConnell only a liar when Ted Cruz runs for POTUS?

It’s all over but the shooting. But I believe the candy-ass Americans are too timid to even do that. It was a great experiment, but the US is over. Out last hope just caved.

No one’s going to remember it in November, because he has to sign another one in September.

Will that be the last one he ever signs?

Democrats/marxists rushed this crap bill out there so he has 1 day before gov shutdown.

They hoodwinked him.

Democrat/communist plan is to depress conservative turnout in 2018 midterms . Then get house majority, impeach and jail Trump

Trump just signed his own Prison sentence.

He’s only been in politics for a short time . He should have read Ayn Rand and Reagan : Government is not the solution to any problem , government is the problem
