In the 1976 presidential election, Brennan voted for Communist Party candidate Gus Hall, at the height of the Cold War when the CP was pro-Soviet Union. How did a treasonous animal like that ever get appointed CIA director? Oh, yeah, I forgot, Obama appointed him.

If Brennan and McCabe were honest, they would admit that it is the LEFT which has most often criticized and condemned the CIA, the FBI, the NSA, and local police over the last 50 years, and they were not criticizing just a few rogue individuals, but the entire institutions. Just in recent years, Edward Snowden was idolized as a hero on the left, not to mention "Chelsea" Manning.

So for them to now say that it is TRUMP who has undermined confidence in those institutions is to deny the history of the past 50 years. These arrogant bastards are probably stupid enough to think that none of us have a memory.

PS: I should mention that not all the criticism from the left (and libertarian right) was wrong, and that our intelligence agencies have a history of major blunders, errors, and overreach, and - some would say - crimes and illegitimate meddling in the affairs of foreign nations, often without the knowledge or approval of the American people.
