Opposing view points will NOT be tolerated by the tolerant left. Anyone got the bucks needed to file some law suits? No? I guess just liberal causes can afford that.

Buron said the students received a five-day in-school suspension...

The school still wants their money for attending, thus the in-school suspension.

The kids should stay home for the five days of the suspension.

As posted on another thread:

The school’s zero-tolerance policy says that students cannot be in possession of weapons at any time, whether on or off campus.

It not challenged, the school's next move would have been to announce that language includes weapons that were present at the student's principal residence. Somebody needs to be dealt with effectively...

The new national socialist-democrat party is beginning to clamp down on dissenters in the US.

And there’s absolutely nothing being done by the right to put a stop to it.

There is no indication in the article that the kids brought any guns to school, or that their participation in the outing violated any gun laws. If both those things are true, a lawsuit may be in the works.

A majority of people seem to have no sense of reason. They operate solely on the emotion of the moment.

The current national obsession is NRA/guns. The school obviously has lost all powers of rational thought, and is acting on impulse.

Same mental debility that is behind the hysteria over the Confederate flag, the “me too” crap and $hitting pants over Trump signs.

And their vote counts the same as mine.

This could be my family. My girls are shooting enthusiasts; they go to a range and take pictures.

The action by Lacey Township High School officials against these students is why flogging of such officials should be legally prescribed upon conviction for violating the students’ constitutional rights.

In the meantime perhaps the lawsuits will gut the financial coffers of Lacey Township and the personal bank accounts of the high school commie officials

Wow! My boys and several classmates on shooting on an indoor pistol league each week, plus outdoor shooting, and outdoor rifle competition. I plan them to do some carbine competition with their AR-15s. We have lots of pictures. We held their birthday at the shooting range, invites went out to classmates at school and over half joined them! Sure glad we don’t live in New Jersey as they’d be not just suspended, but kicked out!

Take your kids out of governmen schools.

The root cause of our school problems is that we have a single payer socialized education industry. We should go back to a free market capitalist school industry. Instead of schools being government indoctrination centers where classroom bureaucrats and administrative bureaucrats mostly think and act like bureaucrats in any bureaucracy and indoctrinate rather than educate.

The single payer socialized system by its’ very existence plants the idea that socialism is the preferred system for society to provide essential services. One can see that in the arguments for socialized medicine. The arguments proponents put forward in favor of socialized medicine are the same arguments used to defend socialized schooling.

Government schools have no place in a free society.

Lacey Township is about twenty minutes south of me, in The Pine Barrens. Used to be pretty conservative at one time.
