In documents filed Friday to Judge John Mendez of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of California, state Attorney General Xavier Becerra said his office intends to request the case be transferred to the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California next week.

Mendez, Becerra...gee, no prejudice here

HA-V-Err Bessemeculla can go screw himself. He and his Mexican Separatist buddies are trying to make a mockery of the US justice system and the response should be military might, not paper.

Time for this Mexican Klown Show to end the way it did in 1848: at the point of US military barrels.

Gosh, that’s great!

An affirmative action Mexican from Sacramento. Bush family kind of guy.

Just like Becerra: same age, same ethnicity, same school: isn’t it amazing how many guys like them went to Stanford in the 70’s?

The brainpower concentrated in Northern California back then must have been immense! Just think, hardly anyone from the rest of the country could get into that school, but amazingly, a bunch of poor impoverished Campesinos managed to score so highly that Stahn-Ford just had to admit them!

A race of Giants, apparently, living there in West Sacramento and the Oakland docks!

How wonderful for us that we now have to bow to them and say, “you are the real Americans, we are Peons!”, and let them rule that No Greengo Law gonna take OUR people off the land we claim!!

On another thread it was suggested (I don’t recall by whom) that they be called FUGITIVE cities, since thw word sanctuary has a positive tone.

About the time the lawsuit commences would be a good time for Sessions to announce indictments and arrests of a few high profile officials for aiding and abetting human trafficking and obstruction of justice.
