"Contrary to popular belief @SenJohnMcCain is doing fine and has no intention of resigning!" McCain said in a tweet Thursday afternoon, labeling those who are pushing such reports as "crackpots."

I have a good friend currently dying from glioblastoma cancer....she’s homebound, too...in bed, cannot communicate much, and under Hospice care....I think that’s what is going on with McCain. The fact that they will not reveal that is shameful.

I predicted this the other day. He’ll die before he resigns. He’s a disgusting self centered pig like so many politicians, especially in the Senate.

Maybe rumors about him not really having brain cancer are true?

Absurd. He'd be on the Senate floor or in front of a CNN camera fighting Trump at every turn. When's the last time we saw a picture of him?

“He’s doing, actually, really good. He’s made this really incredible comeback,” she said on the podcast. “... He’s doing well. And I think it’s a very high likelihood that he will come back to D.C. at some point.”

Yes, In a Pine Box!!!!

Maybe Cindy intends to prop a flatlined McCain onto a mobile life support system and wheel him into the Senate when it’s in session.

Several other flatliners in the Senate and House would be interested in that system.

When he’s not phoning it in, he’s phoning it in.

It’s hard to have compassion for a back stabbing traitor. Very hard.

He wouldn’t want to have to rely on the VA for his medical treatment.

Every change he legislates is for a world he won’t actually live in. F’him.

If Senator McCain is doing so fine, then why is he not in attendance at the US Senate?

He’s going out the same way his best buddy, Ted Kennedy, went out: clinging to power to the last. If he resigned, he’d leave the world as a “former” Senator and not a “sitting” one. He wants to be “in office” when he goes. It makes all the difference (to him) about how his bios will be written. I woukdn’t be the least bit surprised if he refers to his time in office as “active duty.”

We are not “crackpots”, Cindy; we are dreamers. People dreaming of freedom from your husband’s bad decision making and grand standing.

When's the last time we saw a picture of him?

I did see a picture of him with a baseball player he knew a week or so ago, along with either his wife or daughter (forget who). My impression of the photo is that it reminded me of my father-in-law about 3 months before he passed from a brain tumor.

In a way, I almost feel sorry for the people of Arizona. The two people they elected to represent them in the Senate aren't doing their jobs. Hopefully for them, it gets all straightened out by November, if not before.

But he will continue to take the pay from taxpayers.

That’s not honorable.
