Law enforcement had more than enough info on Cruz to stop the shooting and they didn’t.

The problem is the inaction of the government to enforce them when they should and instead are out to disarm peaceful citizens and deprive them of their Constitutional rights.

Last time I saw someone buy a rifle at a gun show a call to the FBI took place before the deal was consummated.

According to Dims, when a persons buy a firearm from another person without a NICS check, that’s a loophole.

I bought a couple that way. Sold a couple too.

But only once at a gun show.

Licensed dealers always insist on a NICS check. Private parties do not.

From a recent New York Times article: “President Donald Trump kept a loophole allowing people to obtain guns while undergoing mental health treatment that President Barack Obama had tried to close.”

Apparently, “No person shall . . . be deprived of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law” is a loophole, according to the New York Times.
