Let CA try. Business owners will take their cases to the SCOTUS.

Build that wall and start it at CA’s east border.

Thats gonna drive a lot of businesses who are borderline profitable out of business...less workers less illegals.
Business owner will go to other state. P.s. fed law usually overpowers state law. I think Trump is giving conniptions to the vote importers of cal. One day the fed troops will come in to cal....probably after next major riot when the state will not be able to pay national guard.

I’d agree if the US kept the San Diego corridor and the north and east counties that vote Red. Let’s see California survive with San Francisco to Los Angelos, and without most of the water reservoirs.

“No one should have to go to work every day scared of the threat of deportation,” Chiu said.

...

Except for those here illegally.

“No one should have to go to work every day scared of the threat of deportation.” Actually, no one who would be under the threat of deportation should be going to work. That said, I wonder if chiu has plans for the anticipated fines, such as diverting the funds to the Slow Speed Brown Streak.

According to Becerra, ““Everyone has an obligation to follow the law.” Under his breath, he said, “but not really.”

“No one should have to go to work every day scared of the threat of deportation,”
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Only illegal aliens would be worried.
They SHOULD be worried, they broke in and are trespassing and breaking multiple other laws DAILY.
Working illegally is another crime.
So, we all get to cherry pick the laws we want to observe and the ones we don’t??
Really?
Man, every day it seems California finds yet another way to antagonize businesses. The business of California seems to be to make it as difficult as possible to do business in California. But I suppose with the Marxist Democrats in complete control of the state this is only the natural outcome.
Will that last business in California please turn off all the lights.
Why can’t these people be arrested TODAY for obstruction of justice. They’re in direct violation of the law.
Exactly. There actions are intended solely to increase Democrat voter registration by pandering to illegal aliens above and at the expense of US citizens, giving illegals sanctuary, benefits and free stuff in exchange for their lifetime party loyalty. Aka: buying votes.
What sane nation allows that much real estate, bordering the ocean, no less, to operate as it’s own country?
Yes, the feds have failed to protect the state from invasion, and the state govt is deliberately slipping into a bureaucratic oligarchy supported by the invaders. The state bureaucracy controls the legislature, there is no honest representation. It is truly insane.
Really?
According to the California Legislature. Personally I think it will come back and bite them in the butt, but I guess we will just have to wait and see.
Maybe the South was a bit premature in it’s rebellion. We should have waited a hundred years or so./s
Kalifornia is getting closer to aggressive even armed action to block federal agents from doing their jobs...just like George Wallace did in Alabama.
