California seeking to fine employers for complying with ICE

Looks like an opportunity for the red state illegals to immigrate to Kalifornica before they are caught and deported by ICE. Kalifornica has declared it’s a sanctuary state from the federal laws so why should the rest of the illegals hang around and get deported when they can legally hide in Kalifornica.

Speaking of Sessions, he appears to have a lower energy level than Jeb Bush. He’s playing possum or he’s really dead. President Trump needs to poke him and see if he moves.

Question: If too many illegals immigrate to Kalifornica, will the state tip over or sink into the Pacific ocean?

Answer: I’ll leave that question to the distinguished congress person (from New York I believe) who warned us about the Pacific island falling over the ocean. He can explain the dire consequences Kalifornica faces if they take in more refugees than the state can support.

Fed laws trump state laws. The libs have lost power in the Fed and are now pushing there agenda via the states.

I sure hope they also fine liquor stores for asking for IDs, and gun shops for doing background checks.

Maybe a petition with enough signatures could be presented to congress to pass law not to accept CA votes in Presidential election, unless illegals are NOT allowed to vote? Require Voter ID.

Works for me; the State of California passes laws all the time that I just IGNORE.
If the law is stupid or anti-freedom I just ignore it and do what I please.

Yep.... On your exit from reality to the celestial neverland known as California, one of the key turns to the Always-Left solution was the change to the voting laws allowing only the top two voter-getters to be on the ballot.

Ergo, the choices are reduced to Lefty #1 and Lefty #2.

A law prohibiting Californians from cooperating with the federal government? I think I see a problem with this.

Let's start with the Fourteenth Amendment to the United States Constitution:
"All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the State wherein they reside."

So, California is attempting to stop United States citizens from cooperating with their own federal government. This should make for an interesting case in the FEDERAL COURTS.
