Feminism didnt drive moms out of the house. There was no feminism in 1964. What drove women out of the house was the rise in taxes to the degree that fewer families could survive on one income. Women largely left the labor force after WWII, but returned when social redistribution, under the guise of the Great Society, caused taxes to begin to bite.

I could not disagree more.
Housing prices went up BECAUSE of dual incomes! The housing market went up relative to what families could afford. Prior to feminism and dual incomes, a single income (male/father) family could afford a home! Now, GOOD LUCK WITH THAT IN TODAY'S MARKET.
