Olympian Tom Daley and his director and screenwriter husband Dustin Lance Black are growing their family.
The pair announced they were having a baby on Wednesday morning with matching Valentine’s Day photos, each featuring a ultrasound photo along with their wedding bands.
“We were so busy making all these plans – we both wanted to have children; we both wanted to build a home of our own someday,” Black told the magazine in 2016. “I draw, so I was sketching little plans for houses on cliffs overlooking oceans, while Tom watched over my shoulder – it was a very grown-up version of playing house.”
Their relationship was “love at first sight,” and they knew marriage was bound to happen.

It sounds like these two stopped their emotional maturation at about age 14. If the child is lucky he’ll be in a good foster home before he knows what’s going on....

Google the response to this announcement. All the “with-it” beautiful people are ecstatic about what these fools plan to do to some woman’s poor baby.

How, by what natural means, can two men be “expecting” a child, as if either one of them could be pregnant? No possible.
The headline amounts to a butchering of language to meet a political agenda.
The more honest and banal statement the headline could have made was the “couple” were “expecting to adopt” soon. Though, from a moral perspective, many of us have reservations on even that banal treatment of the subject.
Real men don’t marry other men.
Obviously there is a surrogate mother carrying the baby. No different than any woman carrying a baby produced through the use of a sperm donor.
That is not normal.
These perverts are not married, only pretending. They are not pregnant - again, just make believe. As for the child, that will be a horror movie for the poor victim, not a family. It’s sad that anyone thinks this farce is something to celebrate.
I kept re-reading the headline, certain I was missing something. Then I realized; no. This is what they really mean. This is what that arrangement is now being called.
Takes a while to recalibrate the frontal brain. What can I say?
